WATER/WASTEWATER OVERVIEW

The Robert B. Balter Company is well versed in all areas of the Water/Wastewater sector.  Balter has pioneered the use of alternate investigation methods to collect subsurface information along planned alignments where access may be difficult.  This has been instrumental in reducing construction claims, especially where shallow bedrock may be present.  Balter also has significant experience at Treatment Plants, and we are sensitive to the owner's concerns at these facilities.  Our portfolio includes extensive work at the world's larget water treatment plant; Blue Plains in Washington, D.C.  Finally, Balter is recognized by NASSCO to perform strength testing on Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP), as holding certificaitons for PACP, LACP, MACP and inspection of pipeline and manhole rehabilitation.
