Balter is on the forefront of innovative solutions on several mixed use commercial/retail/residential developments, including the Crescent Development in Columbia Maryland.  Balter has provided a full range of services for these developments, from geotechnical explorations to earthwork testing to horizontal and vertical construction inspections.  Balter supported a redevelopment of the O’Donnell Heights Public Housing Development, providing preliminary and final geotechnical engineering services, as well as construction phase consulting.
